Our specialized multi-stage washing process uses eco-friendly, hypoallergenic solutions, giving you more time to focus on what matters most.
We recommend washing your diapers 1-2 times per week depending on how many diapers you have and use. Our washing service prioritizes thorough cleaning and gentle practices to maintain the life of your diapers, which means we will need up to 12 hours from pickup to drop off. We will always do our best to guarantee a quick turn-around, but we recommend booking wash days when you still have enough clean diapers to last up to 8 hours. We offer multiple customizable services depending on your family’s needs, including convenient pickup and drop-off at your home.
The Easy Four-Step Process

1. Pickup
Schedule the best day for pickup. On the pickup date, place your used bag outside. We pickup from 7-10am.

2. Cleaning
Everything is washed at an ideal temperature with maximum agitation, and cloth-diaper-approved detergents multiple times for a thorough clean and preservation of diapers.

3. Gentle Drying
All pieces containing waterproof lining or elastics is hung to dry and low-heat drying is used on those without.

4. Drop-off
Diapers are returned to your home the same day fresh and clean. Drop-off happen between 5-8pm
How to prepare your diapers
Remove solid waste from diapers for babies who are formula fed or who have started solid foods. Rinsing or pre-soaking is not necessary.
If you use pocket diapers, remove the absorbency liner from the pocket.
Place all diapers, liners, and wipes into a waterproof bag. A plastic garbage bag or a wet/dry cloth bag are great options.
Ensure you have clean diapers at your home the day of wash services. Our thorough wash routine with hang drying takes 5-8 hours depending on services booked.
